We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Photographer to join our estate agents team. The role will be split 50/50 between office work and appointments. While in the office, you will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for our social media accounts, helping with photography editing when required, and occasionally assisting the media team to take photographs of the properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and on-brand graphics for social media accounts
- Help with photography editing when needed
- Assist the media team to take photographs of the properties
- Work methodically and meet deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
- Have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe XD)
- Previous experience in photography & editing would be beneficial
- Have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Hard-working and willing to learn and develop within the company
- Friendly approach and manner
- Ability to organise time efficiently and have good organisational skills
- Have a full UK driving license and own a car

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
