Our current portfolio includes five part or fully owned wind farm projects, each at different lifecycle stages. Our operational wind farms Afton (100% equity), Beatrice (25%) and Överturingen (50%) have an installed capacity of 320 MW (RRPL proportion), while our development projects Benbrack onshore wind farm in the South West of Scotland (100%) and Inch Cape offshore wind farm off the East Coast (50%) will deliver an additional 570 MW.

**Job Purpose**
To provide critical support to Head of Investment and Strategy Development through:
i.Managing the modelling function in the business including ownership of business cases for existing investments.

ii.Supporting on commercial aspects of Project Finance, acquisition, divestment and development activity.

iii.Assisting with the commercial and modelling elements of Route to Market activity.
- To lead the central financial modelling team for the Red Rock Power Group including support, training and quality assurance.
- To own business cases for wholly-owned assets including Capex, Revenue, Opex and Tax assumptions.
- Understand and examine the business case in Joint Ventures through project team liaison and model/assumption review.
- Support on the commercial and finance elements in Project Finance or a Refinance exercise including liaising with advisors and lenders.
- Provide insight, analysis and support to the wider commercial team for Route-to-Market offtake strategies.
- Liaise and represent the business with Third Party Directors of Joint Ventures, Lenders, Offtakers, or Advisors.
- Lead on lender compliance obligations and reporting.
- Report to the board on business cases and lender compliance obligations.
- Support decision making across the business by running scenarios and updates to operational models, identifying opportunities for value and financial performance optimisation.

- Experienced financial modeller, ideally in onshore and offshore wind.

**Knowledge and Experience Required**
Essential
- A proven track record in developing and performing project financial analysis.
- Experience in projects funded by project finance (lenders).

Desirable
- Expertise in the offshore wind industry and economic drivers.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in renewables particularly wind.
- Previous involvement in M&A activity.
