You will plan your work according to the priority levels instructed by your LCM, maintaining the highest standards of operational services to support the overall, annual contract delivery.

Using your specialist training and expertise, you will evaluate work at job locations and negotiate and plan with the property stakeholders. Liaising closely with your LCM, you will arrange for the work to be completed by staff or sub-contractors.

To encourage individual and team ownership within your LCM’s assigned area, you will assist with the auditing of all completed work.

- The staff or subcontractors available to you should be equipped and motivated to deliver operations to excellent standards of safety, compliance and efficiency. Where they are not, you contact your LCM prior to work starting.
- You will support and promote the proactive nature of our work and demonstrate firm leadership when needed.
- You will retain responsibility of your work through to completion, so when planning, you will liaise closely with your LCM around forecasted work volumes, costs, and challenges to ensure planned output is met.

- You will provide regular tracking updates to your LCM.
- Your work must comply with current legislation and you will continuously reinforce the importance of safety performance and internal company and customer standards.
- You will assist in the auditing of all completed work
- Take opportunities to develop customer relationships that may have future benefits.
