Trainee Hairdresser

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic trainee to join our salon and be part of our amazing hard working team.

This would be a full time apprenticeship that comes with in salon training and you would also attend Alan D academy in London for your external weekly training.

We are looking to recruit on a trial bases over the next few months, with the apprenticeship to start in September or potentially sooner.

Hours will depend on the salons ongoing needs and will be discussed going forward. A typical working week for you would be around 38 hours across 4 weekdays and Saturday‘s.

Apprentice Pay

£5.30 an hour

What the job entails:
Weekly in salon training

Attended Alan D academy to train once a week in London

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the salon throughout the day

Help prepare the salon and clients for their treatments

Shampooing hair

Greeting and assisting clients in a warming and professional manner

Watching hair stylist closely in their work

Reception duties

Making refreshments for clients

Monday 9-5:30

Tuesday 9-5:30

Wednesday 9-6:00

Thursday 10-7:30

Friday 9-7:30

Saturday 8:30-3:30
