Admin Assistant

**An exciting career opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to assist in the running of the admin department within the customer service team at a well-established company in Biggleswade.**
**This is a temporary to permanent role.**
**Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm**
Responsibilities will include:
- Courier Claims
- Courier Invoices
- Supplier Invoices
- Service Reporting
- CS Reports
- Managing the admin mailbox
- Order Printing
- Stock checks and ordering of office/meeting room consumables.
- Arranging/Sorting Meeting Rooms
- Updating Backorder Reports
- Arranging Shredding/Toner Collections
- Assisting Customer Service Department with General Admin Duties
- General Office/Admin Duties
Full In-House training will be provided on all systems.
Once permanent a salary of £25,500 will be on offer
**Previous basic office experience is required to be considered for this role.**
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
