Working in partnership with the local authorities, Homes2Inspire will provide child-centred care to the Young People who need specific support and safeguarding.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of young people who require social, emotional, and mental health support. Your day to day tasks could include:
Providing day-to-day care and support to young people.

Assisting in daily routines to ensure their well-being.

Encouraging engagement with educational support and homework.

Organising and participating in recreational activities.

Creating a safe and welcoming environment.

You’ll need to be confident, resilient and understanding when responding to and safeguarding the Young People in our care.

Ofsted regulations outline that you must be 3 years older than the youngest person within the home - E.g. if the Young Person was turning 18, you will need to be 21 minimum.
