Activities Co-ordinator

**Activities Co-ordinator - Sunday 0900-1630**

This post may include evening work.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Arranging a variety of meaningful activities for residents
- Participating in trips with residents
- Actively encouraging residents to take part in activities
- Promoting activities throughout the care home
