We are looking for a experienced Garden and Grounds Maintenance Team Leader and Garden and Grounds Maintenance operatives to operate from Bromley.

A full driving licence is essential for the Team Leader position.

A full driving licence for the operative position would be an advantage but is not essential.

**TEAM Leader -Duties will include**:
Day to day running of a work schedule and maintaining commercial and domestic sites to a good standard.

Grass cutting, hedge cutting, litter picking, weed control, general garden maintenance duties and some cleaning of communal areas in residential blocks of flats.

It would be an advantage (but not essential) if you hold a PA1/PA6 spraying certificate and chainsaw licence. A knowledge of fencing and soft landscaping would be an advantage but not essential.

**OPERATIVE - Duties will include**:
Grass cutting, hedge cutting, litter picking, weed control, general garden maintenance duties and some cleaning of communal areas in residential blocks of flats.

**Hours of Work**:
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 3.30 /4.30pm

Overtime is available but is not compulsory

**Benefits**:
20 days paid holiday + all public and bank holidays

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
