We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro-Active Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting our software users, guiding them through the software and highlighting its features and benefits to encourage them to subscribe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional pro-active customer support via phone
- Engage with our software users to promote the software's features and benefits
- Educate users on how to use the software to achieve their goals
- Identify potential sales opportunities and promote subscription plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies to increase subscription uptake.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent and personable communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
- Sales experience and a track record of achieving targets is beneficial
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 - 40 per week

**Salary**: £21,757.00-£23,738.00 per year
