**Location**:New Craigs Hospital Inverness

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday - 07.00 14.30 & 11.00 18.30 - 21 hours per week

**Contract**: Permanent - Full Time

Your new role:
**What you’ll do**:
- Ensure that a good quality of food is produced- Health and safety procedures are correctly and fully understood and implemented- To cover kitchen supervisor role when required- Stock management / control of waste- Customer liaison- Maintaining high standards of service/ and service level agreements- Takes pride in delivering a quality service to meet customer needs.- Can motivate and enable others to achieve Robertson’s business objectives

**What you’ll need**:
You will have previous experience in a Food Service environment and aptitude to work effectively in a fast-paced catering operation.
