**The role**

If you love cars and driving, have a sense of adventure and are looking enthusiastic individuals to become apart of a team and grow our network of Vehicle Collection and Delivery Drivers for the UK’s favourite car buying service.

As a member of the Specialist Driver Team you will be based from home/Chipping Warden and will be collecting and delivering vehicles from sites to customers on a daily basis. The role includes vehicle inspections, prepping vehicles for customers and dealing with customer queries.

Using a “whatever it takes” approach, collect and deliver customer vehicles to help avert failure or support customers in need. Provide exceptional customer service when normal processes in the business have failed to turn-around a negative customer experience.

Role includes:

- Perform customer-facing vehicle delivery and collections for a multitude of reason, including: collection and return of vehicles under cinch warranty; delivery of customer orders outside of normal process; undertaking VIP deliveries
- Coordinate team resource to balance and achieve multiple team objectives within the time frames required
- Interface with customers both verbally and using written communications as required
- Keep internal stakeholders up-to-date on progress and objective completion

You will typically be working 40.25 hours per week between the hours of 7am-7pm. This will be on a rolling 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

You will receive a full company induction via our in-house dedicated Driver Training Programme, all equipment provided along with fuel cards and company credit cards for travel expenses.

**What we look for in you**
- Right to work in the UK
- Held a Full UK Licence for more than 5 years, with 6 or less points
- A ‘can-do’ attitude for this hands-on, physical role where no two days are the same
- Courteous, professional and an exceptional attitude to customer service
- Organised and able to plan routes which include fuel and car washes
- Understand technology and be able to operate i-pads

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
