**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Take responsibility for user generated content that is submitted by our community and source additional content as needed to meet social media goals
- Schedule and post content, and community manage your assigned platforms, with responsibility for achieving social media KPIs for views and engagement
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop) to a high standard for video and photo editing
- Work as part of a team to place the wants and needs of the community first, above all else
- Use platform insights and social media analysis tools to review and report on effectiveness to improve and maximise results
- Ensure the content you edit is social-first and relevant for the appropriate platforms
- Understand the community and stay up to date with relevant social media trends and topics
- Create edit plans and suggest edit styles, when appropriate
- Process and input audio, including dialogue, sound effects and music

**WHAT WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**

Knowledge
- An understanding of creating ‘social first’ content with regards to individual platforms. Mainly: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent understanding of editing video content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop

Experience
- Experience in video editing
- Experience of producing high-quality video edits
- Experience of using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Experience in social media

Skills & Aptitude
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple work streams at once

**WHAT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE**
- Degree or equivalent in videography, media studies, film production or similar
- An understanding of the video production process.
- Knowledge of Illustrator
- Knowledge of social analytics tools
- Experience of editing video for social
- Experience in a digital marketing role
- Skilled with Illustrator

**THE DETAIL**

**Salary**: £25,000 pro rata per annum

Holidays: 30 days per year, plus 3 days over Christmas and 2 days wellbeing days

Start Date: Immediate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
