**Position: Customer Service Administrator**

**Duration: 2-4 Months**
**Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM**
**Hourly Rate: £12.00PH**

**About the Role**:

- Answer customer calls for new claims with precision.- Record essential details accurately in our system.- Follow a scripted process for consistency and compliance.- Provide exceptional customer service in 15-20 minute calls.- Admin support for seamless operations.**Requirements**:

- Previous phone-based and admin experience preferred.- Accurate, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.- Commitment to top-notch customer service.- Team player with effective collaboration skills.**Benefits**:
