Catch at the Old Fish Market / **Kitchen Porter**

This role will begin with 10-20 hours per week with more available as we get into the summer season

Responsibilities will include:

- Washing of all plates, pots, pans and utensils during prep and service hours
- Emptying of bins and keeping bin area tidy at all times
- Assisting the chefs with prep work under supervision of the senior chefs. i.e peeling veg etc
- Keeping the kitchen and potash areas clean at all times.
- Sweeping and cleaning the floors
- Assisting with the deep clean of the whole kitchen

Previous experience not necessary but would be an advantage

**Job Types**: Temporary, Part-time, Full-time
Contract length: 2-3 months

**Salary**: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
