**Job description**

Support young people develop independent life skills such as: maintaining a clean environment, cooking, budgeting and live a healthy life style.
- Supporting young people to access and engage with services such as; healthcare, education, training and employment opportunities
- Supporting young people to build self-esteem and confidence
- Supporting young people in line with their support-plan
- Carrying out activities and managing behavioural issues
- Help young people develop and maintain meaniful relationships with families and peers
- Help young people to remain safe in their semi-supported living environment and to manage and keep unto date with their appointment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 1-12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £19,299.00-£20,123.00 per year
