**We have an opportunity for a Bid Writer** to join our Wates Property Services team based in London. Your key responsibility will be to provide support to the Bid Team, collecting and maintaining information on Wates (and partners) projects and people, in particular in responding to Selection Questionnaires (SQ’s) /pre-tender requests to deliver opportunities into the business which align with our business plan.

Within the group, Wates Property Services successfully provides Repairs and Maintenance Services to over 500,000 homes across the UK, providing stand-alone maintenance services, planned and reactive maintenance and Integrated Asset Management for Social Housing Landlords nationally.

**Key Accountabilities will include**:

- SQ/pre-tender compilation, completion and management
- Collation and maintenance of database of generic answers to SQ questions
- Assist with collecting information (written/photo/video as necessary) from site/project managers to create and maintain database of project profiles, linking & integrating with Group CRM as necessary
- Assist with collecting information (written/photo/video as necessary) from site staff to create and maintain database of CVs
- Administrative support to the bid team function
- Co-ordination with alliance and non-alliance partners (consultants, sub-contractors)

You will be supporting both Wates Property Services as well as Wates FM so experience with FM or the Housing Market in the Public Sector will be strongly preferred.
