**Executive Assistant (Governance and ESG) - Exeter?**

**6-month Fixed Term Contract (Mat Cover)?**

£30,000 per annum doe - 28 hours per week (£38,000 FTE)?

?Due to upcoming maternity leave, our client is looking to appoint a highly capable professional to provide personal assistance, company secretarial and administrative support to the Company Secretary.
You will need to share the passion for contributing to a better world and assist with the implementation and growth of a programme to support the organisations ESG policies.

**What?**
- You will be responsible for the collation of ESG data, drafting reports and submissions, organising, and supporting meetings and liaising with both internal and external individuals to support the ESG and the board.?
- Other duties include assisting with the co-ordination and preparation of the Board and Committee meetings, and the delivery to tight deadlines of the Board agendas and papers to the directors and executives.

**Required Skills and Knowledge?**
- Experienced working within a professional services environment with knowledge and experience working in the ESG space or as an Executive Assistant?
- A flair for reporting writing, data analysis and metrics with a keen eye for detail?
- A literal thinker, with an organised and methodical way of working, who always retains discretion and confidentiality with the ability to remain diplomatic, objective and diligent when under pressure.
