We are looking to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our established Talent Acquisition Team at the Harris Federation. If you have experience of either in-house recruitment, HR or consultancy and are looking for an opportunity to build yourexperience and develop your skills as a recruiter, this could be just the opportunity for you.

**Main Areas of Responsibility**
- Supporting academies by coordinating an efficient recruitment process in line with Federation objectives, department SLA and policies.
- Building effective relationships across all our academies and head office teams, gaining an in depth understanding of the competences and skills required throughout the Federation.
- Developing tools and processes to identify, manage and map talent, whilst creating alignment within the way recruitment and onboarding is managed across the Federation.
- Supporting the TA team in developing talent acquisition initiatives, streamlining processes and proactively engaging with best practices
- Using job boards, social media platforms and websites for sourcing
- Writing job adverts, job descriptions and responding queries quickly and efficiently
- Working closely with selection panel members and HR colleagues to schedule interviews, request references, coordinate testing/assessments, and to ensure offer letters and contracts are sent/received in a timely manner
- Supporting with Employer Value Proposition, Recruitment Marketing, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Staff Referral and Engagement projects initiatives.
- Helping to coordinate the use of testing and assessments across various streams of recruitment and job levels
- Providing support and guidance to hiring managers during the recruitment process

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Some recruitment experience gained in an in-house function, RPO or consultancy
- A track record of recruiting entry and experienced hires
- Experience across several sourcing channels and techniques
- Experience of using ATS/HRIS systems
- Experience in permanent and/or contingent recruitment
- Previous experience in building and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand and support hiring manager needs and challenge managers where needed
- Think creatively and outside the box
- Results driven and proactive - proven experience of owning the end to end hiring process and not compromising on quality
- Analytical - ability to use data to drive decision making, measure ROI and track progress
