**Site Trainer**

Grahams the Family Dairy is looking to recruit a permanent Site Trainer for their production site in Cowdenbeath, Fife. Reporting directly to the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing training programs for employees. This includes assessing training needs, delivering training sessions and evaluating effectiveness.

This role is integral in fostering employee growth, enhancing performance and driving organisational success through our effective training and development initiatives.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- Responsible for assessing training needs, identifying gaps in skills and knowledge among employees and determining training requirements.
- Design training programs and training materials tailored to identified training needs and continually update and refine to reflect changes in technology, machines, procedures or best practice.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of all training / coaching carried out through evaluations and surveys to ensure learning objectives have been met.
- Carry out new start induction training for all new employees.
- Engage with colleagues to develop robust and detailed work instructions, review and update as required.
- Develop a training competency matrix for all manufacturing roles.
- Ensure that training requirements are aligned with industry standards and customers CoP
- **What we need from you**:_
- Trainer qualification and experience
- Food related qualifications: BSc, HACCP, Food Hygiene Intermediate would be advantageous.
- Evidence of working in FMCG in the food manufacturing sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
