SF Recruitment are working with a brilliant business based in Syston, Leicester who are seeking a Purchase / Sales Ledger Assistant to join their team on a full time & permanent basis. As the Purchase / Sales Ledger assistant you will be responsible for settingup customer accounts and sales invoices processing, processing of supplier invoices and credits, the raising of supplier payments either via BAC's, cheque or faster payment, statement reconciliations, allocation of all payments, processing of expenses, GRNIreview and liaising with internal and external suppliers/customers. You will play a crucial part in a well ran finance team & join a fun and friendly environment.
**Duties of the Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant include**:

- Inputting invoices & credit notes
- Handling customer and supplier queries, both internally and externally.
- Matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
- Payment run processing weekly to include: Bacs, Faster payments and CHAPS
- Concur expenses processing to include petty cash processing
- Allocation of payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Setting up of templates for faster payments
- Fuel card & Expense management
