Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Senior Lettings Valuer to join an award-winning, energetic and experienced lettings team in their Clifton and Bishopston offices, covering most of Bristol.
Basic salary of £26,000 with a realistic OTE of £32,000
Monday to Friday 08:45-18:00, and 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00-16:00 (with lieu day in the week)

Main duties of the Senior Lettings Negotiator:
Generating, arranging, and carrying out accurate valuations and bringing these properties to market
Building and maintaining long term relationships with landlords
Business generation - creating opportunities to increase our portfolio
Ensuring all office systems and service standards are adhered to
The ideal Senior Lettings Negotiator will:
Be able to learn quickly, take responsibility and strive for success
Be a dynamic, driven and energetic individual who thrives in a team and takes ownership of their own projects
Be able to build long term relationships with clients, whilst also exploring new opportunities
Possess excellent communication skills, and be well-presented and well-spoken
Have more than 12 months experience in an agency environment, negotiating and valuing
Be accurate, numerate and computer literate
