The role is looking for a Lead Practice Nurse with Primary Care experience, ideally with a specialist interest in long term conditions. You will have the chance to see long-term conditions, smears, wounds, baby and child immunisations, dressings, diabetes, and more

**Salary -** £33,000 - £38,000 per annum + NHS pension + 5 Weeks of Annual Leave

**Your role -**
- Full-time Lead Nurse
- Specialist interest in long term conditions desirable
- A mixture or telephone and face to face appointments, mostly face-to-face
- Traditional duties long-term conditions, treatment rooms, travel, and child immunisations
