Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Prepare and cook dishes according to Villa Verde’s high standards.

Ensure all food is served fresh and in a timely manner.

Oversee kitchen staff and ensure they adhere to safety and hygiene standards.

Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.

Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.

Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Foster a positive team environment and provide guidance and training to junior staff.

**Requirements**:
A passion for Italian cuisine and a willingness to learn.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Previous kitchen experience is beneficial, but not required.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: £7.39-£13.20 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
