We are looking for reliable people to join our growing team of Distribution Operatives. This role involves helping to assemble and dispatch Participant Packs for our Discover Me Research Study. These packs are the building blocks of the Discover Me study; helping to build a global research community to enable health and care.

Based in our offices at Hope Street Yard, Cambridge (just off Mill Road), Distribution Operatives will help assemble the packs, oversee attaching and linking postage labels for the packs with specific participants, and help with getting the packs out into the world

Distribution Operatives will report directly to the Logistics Coordinator, and work collaboratively to establish and work towards targets.

- Great attention to detail and accuracy

Role Specification
- Assembling participant packs in line with our established Standard Operating Procedure
- Labelling, scanning and linking participant packs in line with our established Standard Operating Procedure
- Preparing outbound participant packs for shipping and handling the receipt of inbound participant packs, in line with our established Standard Operating Procedures.
- Communicating effectively and regularly with the Logistics Coordinator regarding ongoing availability to work
- Determining availability of materials and components used in the assembly process and communicating any issues in a timely manner.

**Salary and Benefits**

Assembly operatives will be paid a flat rate of £12/hr.

Working hours will be 10am-4pm Monday to Friday, with an hour's unpaid lunch break.

The role is deliberately flexible; we’ll need you to be available for a minimum of 2 out of 5 working days in a week. Rotas and working hours will be established with the Logistics Coordinator.
