Multi Trader

We are currently looking for a Multi-Trader subcontractor for Essex and Kent maintenance work on various projects.

You will be working on projects carrying out maintenance and repairs, Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Tiling, Painting, Decorating and roofing.
- Full UK clean driving licence required
- All Rounder experienced
- You will hold a relevant trade City and Guilds qualification, cards CSCS
- Have excellent H & S knowledge
- Have a DBS check or willing to have one.
- Have Public Indemnity insurance

Company Van can be provided if required.

We have an opportunity for a Multi-Trade Operative to join our team, based in Essex. The role will involve working on repairs for both void and tenanted properties and will cover all aspects of general building repairs and maintenance. The role is mainly working alone but must also be able to work with a team when required. A company van and power tools can be provided if required. Training will be provided as and when required.

The role of Multi-Trade Operative will include: Carry out construction, fault finding and fixing and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications. Ensure equipment is maintained in good condition. Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer. To ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation. Recent experience of undertaking a multi trade role is an advantage Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks. Skills / experience in the following disciplines is an advantage - plumbing, carpentry and plastering Working knowledge of the health and safety regulations and requirements.
