Lettings Assistant

**About us -**

Chris McAvoy Lettings is a successful independent letting and property management agency (est. 1999) based in Atherstone (CV9), looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our small team.

**The role -**
- Assist in the marketing of properties for let
- Arrange and attend property viewings, inspections and on-site appointments
- Ensure current legislation and guidelines are adhered to at all times
- Prepare and execute new lettings/tenancy renewals
- Assist in the co-ordination of property maintenance including liaising with contractors
- Address landlord/tenant enquiries

**The successful applicant needs to be able to -**
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and ensure company standards are always met
- Prioritise a varied workload and work well under pressure
- Show a resilient, positive and friendly attitude

**We’d like to hear from you if you can demonstrate the above and have -**
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent work ethic and a supportive team player
- Evidence of excelling in customer relationships
- A Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

We would especially like to hear from you if in addition to the above you have a natural preference for working in small teams.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 20 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
