**Digital Marketing Retail Campaign Executive** with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of digital and print marketing techniques and strategies, with strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills is required by a well-establishedCharity based in Reading, Berkshire.

**SALARY**:£28,988 - £35,199 per annum

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Digital Marketing Retail Campaign Executive with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of digital and print marketing techniques and strategies, with strong interpersonal, influencing and communicationskills.

As the Digital Marketing Retail Campaign Executive you will build awareness of the organisation’s Shop across all audiences through the development of engaging marketing activity and campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy Digital Marketing Retail Campaign Executive with a go-to, entrepreneurial approach to put their stamp on a growing online and mail order business for a much loved, well-known brand.

**DUTIES**

Your duties and responsibilities as the Digital Marketing Retail Campaign Executive will include:

- Identify and develop compelling digital content to increase brand awareness, engage with key target audiences and maximise conversion rates
- Work with the digital marketing agency on PPC and social media advertising campaigns
- Work with the marketing and digital teams to schedule, post and monitor content on social media platforms
- Implement SEO and product merchandising best practice on the Shop website
- Keep up to date with current digital media technologies and developments
- Manage development of the annual Christmas print catalogue
- Liaise with the press team to identify PR opportunities and produce relevant commercial content
- Oversee all product photography
- Undertake trend and competitor analysis
- Develop and manage the department’s promotional calendar and activity plan
- Manage all internal communications about the Charity’s Shop

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree or equivalent in Marketing / Digital / Business / Retail or equivalent experience
- Experience of driving growth in traffic, sales and profit through successful digital marketing campaigns
- Experience of developing commercially successful print marketing campaigns
- Experience of analysing and evaluating marketing campaign performance data, producing reports and presenting recommendations for future improvements
- Experience of working with budgets and managing expenditure
- Experience of managing relationships with external suppliers, agencies and partners
- Experience of working with photographers, designers and illustrators, developing creative briefs and critiquing designs
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of digital and print marketing techniques and strategies
- Advanced knowledge of using MS Excel to perform commercial data analysis
- Passionate about digital marketing and keeping up to date with sector innovation
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
- Eligibility to work in the UK
