Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a Study Support Assistant to join our 14-16 Alternative Provision team. The role will be based mainly at our Cambridge campus with occasional travel to our Huntingdon Campus.

The primary purpose of this job role is to support students either in core lessons, one-to-one or in small groups and vocational sessions. To ensure appropriate targets relating to learning are set and monitored, updated and signed off when necessary. To maintain high standards of students’ achievement and behaviours and to provide guidance and support to ensure students achieve in their pathway.

We are looking for someone who has good communication skills, the ability to work with a range of young people with varying needs, able to work flexibly, independently and part of a team.
