Reject's Department store is looking for a catering assistant to join our kitchen team in our bustling, dynamic in-store café.

The café is a real focal point and is extremely busy.The role is approx. 20 hours (day time only )and will involve weekend work.

The job will involve
- Preparing breakfast, toasties, panni's, sandwiches and wraps.
- Performing basic food preparation, tasks which include washing peeling and cutting fruit, vegetables and meats.
- Intake of stock and supplies.
- Involvement in the cooking of some hot food e.g., fish and chips.
- General cleaning of the food processing area's throughout the day.

Catering Assistants requirements
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience working in the catering industry.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
