We are currently recruiting for a Work Coordination Centre (WCC) Specialist.

Location - Reading area

This role will be to support the area Team Leader and the Manager WCC in delivering a flexible, varied and robust support function. To help support and deliver Work Coordination Centre local area operations whilst ensuring compliance with company processesand procedures. Ensure all Work Coordination Centre (WCC) deliverables are achieved in line with relevant License Conditions and Management System Procedures.

You will be required to:

- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured/carried out appropriately for allocated function/facility area
- Ensure the correct management, completion and close-out of tasks within agreed timescales
- Take an active role in helping implement company policy including participating in change, and review, learn and improve activities
- Maintain sound working relationships with the team and its' customer community
- Operate appropriate record keeping systems within the WCC associated with the control of work, work co-ordination, facility status logs, task logs etc
- Assist the area Team Leader WCC and the Manager WCC in providing and maintaining cost effective operations within the limits of individual authority
- To have and retain an understanding and knowledge of relevant LCs and MSPs appropriate to the WCC function, work coordination and work control
- The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills:

- ONC or an equivalent qualification is desirable
- Able to communicate effectively with all customers/stakeholders
- Ability to identify problems, evaluate options and formulate effective process, system and organisational solutions
- Capable of maintaining a high degree of effectiveness in a multi task role, managing priorities and delivering to challenging timescales
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
- Able to readily adapt and respond quickly to changing situations and the changing needs of others
- Self-motivating and able to inspire confidence and commitment in other team members
