Experienced Lawyer required for a Manchester based law firm to deal Ecclesiastical work for a client
**Your new company**
This is a regional law firm who are looking to bring in an ecclesiastical lawyer to help work with a caseload from a major client. The firm are specialists in personal legal services such as family, conveyancing, and private client law, but also commercial.charities and education law. The firm are ideally looking to retrain someone from a non-contentious background for the role.
**Your new role**
As an ecclesiastical lawyer, you will be required to work closely with one of the firms clients, including dealing with: clergy licensing, consecration of the site, planning permissions, advising on marriage licenses, governance and safeguarding issues, dataprotection and education law. All training would be provided for this role.
