**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalised care and support to clients in their homes or our care facilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Document and report any changes in client conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best care plan.

**Requirements**:

- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in a care role is preferred but optional.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care) are advantageous.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and provide references.
- **A driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role**.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary of £11.55 - £18.00 per hour, with premium pay on Christmas Day. **(Enhanced pay rates for Level 2 in Health and Social Care or above starting at £12.00 p/h)**.
