Canteen Assistant

**Canteen Assistant**

We have an opportunity for a canteen assistant to join our friendly canteen team. You will be working in our onsite canteen that serves traditional homemade dishes to our work force.

**Main Duties**
- Planning, preparation and serving of food. Occasional preparation of buffets.
- Purchasing and collection of stock.
- Cleaning of canteen equipment.
- Cleaning of canteen facilities.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Must have cooking skills and experience
- Certificate in Food Hygiene preferred but not essential

**Hours**

Mon and Tue 8.30 to 14.30

Fri 8.30 to 12.30

But must be flexible to cover holidays and sickness

**Salary**

£9.59 per hour
