**About The Role**:
You will coach and advise managers across our regional offices on a range of employee relations cases including absence management, poor performance, organisational change, disciplinaries and grievances. You will attend formal meetings, advise on employment law, policy, procedures, and best practice to ensure we consistently do the right thing by our people.
You will deliver training workshops to support and upskill our managers and directors and be involved in a variety of HR Projects, input into process improvement and be responsible for checking contractual paperwork. In addition, you will support on all aspects of recruitment to support our attraction and selection processes.
**About You**:
- Key to the success of this role will be your ability to work independently, influence managers and continually seek to improve and review the way we lead and manage our people. You should have relevant experience in Employee Relations with the ability to prioritise and manage a number of key tasks and deadlines.
