**Working Hours: 35 Hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.15am - 3.45pm with half an lunch**

**Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification**

**Start Date (Subject to pre employment checks): 1st September 2023**

**Salary: £18,755**
- We are seeking to appoint 2 Level 3 Teaching Assistants at Moston Field's Primary School.

**About Us**:
Moston Fields is a two form entry Primary School in Moston, North Manchester. The school context is slowly changing with a wider range of families, ethnicities and languages being spoken

Pupil Premium is around 50%, SEN Support is 25%. The school is in a large refurbished building, with large grounds and is positioned next to Camberwell Park Specialist Provision. The school achieved a much-awaited Good outcome at the last Ofsted inspection in April 2019.

The school has a stable and committed Senior Leadership Team whose work is supported by a Wider Leadership Team and Pastoral Team.

The Headteacher works closely with Governors and Senior Leaders to plan for the continuous improvement of the school. Retention of teaching staff is high and these posts will add further to the establishment of a dynamic team.

The school has developed many areas, including: embedding an exciting curriculum, becoming a successful Talk for Writing school, creating a strong outdoor learning offer (including Forest school work, a thriving allotment and chickens) assessment, intervention practice, engagement of parents and community, partnership working and becoming a Silver Rights Aware school (January 2019).

We are currently working on a project to accelerate outcomes in reading for pupils with the most barriers, funded through a two year SHINE award and led by our in-house specialist Reading Recovery Teacher. We even have our own school dog, Murphy
