**Responsible to: Principal Clinical Psychologist**

Are you someone that would like to develop your skills and knowledge under the regular supervision of experienced clinical and counselling psychologists in conducting joint specialist psychology assessments, 1:1 therapy work, group therapy, joint risk assessment and management, working with carers/family members, research, service development, teaching, RPGs and joint working with MDT colleagues?

Are you someone that likes a challenge, and would benefit from the significant opportunities to grow professionally and personally working in a Complex Care Service for individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties in a community based setting?

There are ample opportunities to increase your reflective abilities, leadership skills, knowledge and skills in working from a range of therapy models such as, DBT, CBT, Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, and CFT.

We are looking for a passionate aspiring psychologist who is a team player with strong time management, and organisational skills that meets the minimum criteria set for this post to join our team in the middle of exciting changes, transformation and service development.

The client group that you will be joint working with experiences severe and enduring mental health difficulties (e.g. Complex PTSD, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders) with varying levels of risk, co morbidities (e.g. substance misuse) and neurodiversity.

- 2:1 Psychology Undergraduate
- Clinically relevant experience

**Desirable criteria**
- Previous AP experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 11.25 per week

**Salary**: £25,147.00-£27,596.00 per year
