**Responsibilities**:

- Perform joinery tasks according to project requirements, ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Complete the installation and fitting of internal and external doors, including UPVC and composite doors, as well as skirting boards, architraves, decking, and wall panelling.
- Expertise in boxing in pipework and fitting gates.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently, taking initiative to meet project deadlines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project coordination and successful completion.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in joinery techniques and materials, continuously improving skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of on-site joinery experience.
- NVQ/Diploma L2 qualification in joinery.
- Proficiency in fitting internal and external doors, skirting boards, architraves, decking, wall panelling, boxing in pipework, and gates.
- Basic hand tools for joinery tasks.
- Valid and clean UK driving license.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
