We are looking for an autonomous and motivated professional with a result-oriented approach to help us reach digital/online excellence with Amazon Europe.

**What does this role involve?**

You will be:

- Helping prepare, design, implement and optimize online content on a continuous basis (Product Detail Pages, Visual Assets, A+ content, Brand Stores,)
- Supporting the implementation of product updates including content, product images and file uploads.
- Supporting digital content activation from conception to execution on Amazon for our portfolio of brands.
- Helping drive continuous content and catalogue improvements and optimization using the most up to date Amazon tools and technologies to achieve Amazon Digital/Online Excellence.
- Partnering with in-house Creative and Product Teams to develop best-in-class digital assets.
- Collaborating with Internal Ecommerce/Amazon Sales Teams and Marketing Teams to execute digital content, marketing and advertising plans to increase traffic, visibility, brand awareness and conversion on Amazon.
- Partnering with external key points of contact (at both Amazon and advertising agencies) to execute marketing strategies aimed at reaching a defined set of KPI’s.
- Opening, managing and escalating cases, disputes, tickets and claims through the Amazon systems.
- Developing and proactively maintain current knowledge of products/product lines/Brands and promotions.
- Assisting with special projects or task as needed by management.
- Communicating and internally escalate significant/recurring issues across the organization to raise issue awareness whenever needed.
- Whenever needed, creating new products on Amazon (product setup form preparation and upload) in a timely and reliable manner.
- Assisting both the Central Team and the Local Teams with all account related questions, issues, and concerns.
- Collaborating with the Central Team to improve internal processes aimed at maximizing performance.

**What are we looking for?**
- 2 or 4-year university degree in business, marketing or related field
- Solid 2-3 years’ experience working on Amazon digital content
- Experience working with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central required
- Understanding of the Amazon ecosystem (SEO, PDP optimization, Brand Store, online execution)
- Strong analytical background and excel skills to allow fast data interpretation and translation into powerful action plans aimed at optimizing our Amazon business
- Track record of prioritizing and successfully delivering multiple initiatives on-time
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently with limited supervision
- Entrepreneurship, can-do mindset and high level of attention to detail
