Job Introduction
As a **Food Runner** at Sodexo in the **Heathrow Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse**, you are the shining star that is there at the beginning of everyone’s holiday. Whilst serving food and delivering exceptional customer service, you will smile and dazzle guests with your personality while putting them ease ready to fly to amazing destinations around the world.

**What you’ll do**:

- Delivering a world class customer experience to our customers and staff
- Be a welcoming face in the Virgin Club Lounge whilst making sure your appearance is always impeccable.
- Ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and always customer ready.
- Always maintaining health and safety standards
- Serving all customers in a friendly yet professional manner

**What you bring**:

- Professionalism, a zest for life and some transferrable skills
- Always be well presented with good hygiene standards.
- Hold excellent communication skills
- Basic Food Hygiene certificate (advantageous but not essential)
- Basic Health and Safety certificate (advantageous but not essential)
- World class customer service skills
