Llanarth Court Hospital is a 96 bedded forensic hospital providing a secure environment consisting of medium, low and open rehabilitation settings for men and women with mental illness and or personality disorder.

As a Healthcare Worker, you’ll be part of a large multi-disciplinary team to support our patients to receive optimal care. Our treatment aims at site are to promote independence and encourage patient involvement in their care through effective communication and engagement.

Observe and monitors the wellbeing of patients ensuring that any unusual physical, mental or emotional occurrences are promptly referred to senior staff/the primary nurse and documented as appropriate.
Develops and maintains a good professional relationship with patients, colleagues and visitors responding promptly and courteously to requests and enquiries.

The shifts are 12 hours on a rota basis to include nights, weekends and bank holidays. Shift times would be:
Day Shift = 07:30 > 19:45

Night Shift = 19:30 > 07:45

Staff will work a set shift pattern, such as

Week 1 = Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

Week 2 = Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
