**About us**

We are a small local company working for both private customer and housing association tenants.

**Duties**:

- First fix and second fix bathroom/ wet room.
- Fit wet room trays ready for a 3rd party to lay altro flooring
- Reboard rooms for tiling.
- Tiling bathrooms/ wetrooms
- Basic heating

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years experience as a plumber or in a similar role
- Full UK driver's license for commercial driving purposes. Maximum of 6 points
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients

Note: Carpentry or maintenance person experience is a plus but not required for this

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £28,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Drylining: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Ability to Commute:

- West Midlands (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- West Midlands: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
