Corporate Services within Fife Health and Social Care Partnership provides a range of services to ensure appropriate governance and support is in place for both the IJB and the Chief Officer. The HSCP Communication team also sits within this service with a direct reporting line to you.

We are looking for a proactive and creative individual that ensures effective communication is a priority for the HSCP that meets the needs of our colleagues and the communities we serve across Fife. This is a growing service, currently comprising a team of 3 communication advisors and 2 management and administration staff, providing a wide range of support functions to the IJB and Chief Officer.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Service who has a 'can do' attitude and is highly organised with an innovative approach to delivery and a strong, dynamic and confident individual who is able to grow, build and maintain relationships with IJB members, partners, service leads and teams across Fife HSCP.

High levels of customer service are a must alongside attention to detail, be able to juggle competing priorities and have a positive outlook in an environment of constant change.
