This role will involve deep cleaning of students rooms who have left site and need bringing back to the level that we strive for.

You are a great communicator and work well with others to deliver operational excellence. You learn from experience, developing your own skills along the way. You stay safe and ensure compliance to all due diligence requirements and legislation.

You are part of a team that places our guests at the heart of everything they do.

Your working hours will be 12pm - 8pm Wednesday to Sunday each week.
- This job does involve working weekends and evenings.

**What you will be doing**
- You will be a friendly face around the accommodation, happy to chat to our guests and assist with any questions they may have.
- You will keep all public areas, amazing communal spaces and hallways spotlessly clean and tidy on a daily basis.
- Provide cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens as required.
- You will log maintenance issues and work alongside the team to keep our guests and accommodation safe and secure.
- Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections.
- Ensure compliance to all due diligence requirements and health and safety legislation.
- Controlling cleaning stocks and supplies and ensuring the safety and security of equipment.

- You are hardworking and like routine but will get stuck in to whatever needs to be done some guests are cleaner than others
- You have great attention to detail and take pride in delivering consistently high levels of housekeeping.
- You are a team player and are committed to providing excellent customer service
- Familiar with COSHH standards and Health and Safety Regulations.
- You will have experience working in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
