**Our Client**

One of Yorkshire’ most strategic and creative independent agencies, with a senior team from top global agencies, they work with a range of interesting and brave clients across a broad range of integrated campaigns. This agency pride themselves on being a friendly bunch who are incredibly team orientated and they have been recognised as one of the best agencies in the UK to work for. They have a great office space which is outside of Leeds, however are really open to you working in a majority remote capacity with minimum 2 days in the office per week.

**The Role**

They’ve split their creative department into smaller teams that work together, and you’d join one to work closely with their Design Director and Head of Copy. You’ll work on all projects with them, bringing your design craft and skilled to the fore to make work beautifully designed, and help with rolling out campaigns across print and digital formats. Your work will encompass everything from Brand to Campaigns. They’ll help you develop your creative, design and technical skills and ambitions, while working as part of one of the most talented creative teams in the region.

**You**

You’re a hands-on designer, who has a real passion for creating the best of beautiful design and a drive to come up with interesting ideas which you’re adept at taking from project, through the design process and all the way to execution. Design, Ideas, Typography are all passions of yours and you will care about the high quality of all of your creative output. A great team player, you’ll also be skilled across Adobe Suite, any skills in Motion or Digital would be beneficial. You should have a minimum of 12 months agency experience and be looking to take a step up in responsibility and make your mark creatively.
