About the role -- Responsible for generating appointments
- Dealing with customer queries

To succeed in this role you will have -- Excellent communications skills with a clear confident telephone manner
- Good IT and accurate keyboard skills and be confident in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- A positive attitude and be self-motivated to deliver a high quality of work
- Great attention to detail

Previous experience in a sales calling role would be great to see although not essential, as full training and support will be given You must be available to work for a minimum of six weeks. This position could become permanent for the right applicants afterthree months.
