Kenvue Part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies is recruiting for a I2C Specialist, located in High Wycombe, United Kingdom.

We are seeking an organized and detail oriented I2C Specialist to join our finance team.

**What will you do**:

- Ensuring appropriate reconciliation of the daily bank statement
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable reporting package, including analyses of aging, days sales outstanding and bad debt reserves.
- Interface with customer service, sales team and senior level management in communicating and resolving issues.
- Contact customers to collect past due amounts. Identify any reasons for non-payment and develop plans how to resolve it.
- Document results of contacts. Track and follow-up on customer commitments.
- Escalate unresolved issues, tracking to final resolution.
- Other financial duties assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

**What we are looking for**

**Education**:

- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- 2-4-year Work Experience in Finance or Customer Service area
- Accounting software experience required
- ERP
- MS Office proficiency

**Preferred**:

- CRM experience

**Other**:

- Fluent English is required
