- Leading and managing the clinical team
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care
- Providing clinical advice and support to staff
- Monitoring the quality of care and making improvements where necessary
- Working with the Senior Management Team to develop the strategic direction of the home

Qualifications:

- NMC PIN
- Degree in nursing or a related healthcare discipline
- Previous experience working in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and management skills
