Calling all aspiring IT Support Technicians **Regen Group**, based in **Sunderland**, are looking for a passionate **IT Support Technician Apprentice** to join their growing team.

Regen Group deliver social housing solutions across the North East of England. Throughout your apprenticeship you will be working with first-line support enquiries, working with a ticketing system and troubleshooting a range of issues. This is the perfect opportunity to kickstart your IT career

In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Supporting the IT manager with first-line support enquiries
- Troubleshooting a range of issues using performance monitor systems, command prompt and in-system tools
- Supporting with Office 365 administration
- Escalating issues through the ticketing system
- Using Microsoft system monitors including editing scripts
- Hardware configuration for routers, switches, laptops and desktops for the end user and site set-up

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Passion for IT
- Driver required
- Communication and telephone skills
- Eager to learn and enthusiastic
- Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
