There are three posts based at Horden, Durham and Bishop Auckland totalling 2.5 WTE hours.

You will manage clinical diaries to ensure that Recovery worker, Prescriber and service user attend their milestone appointments and these are coordinated as robustly as possible. There will be an expectation to manage Excel spreadsheets to support team KPI compliance and to manage prescription preparation in line with key forward dates there will be three sites across the district Bishop Auckland Sadler House, Durham city (Whinny Hill) and Horden Sunderland Road. understanding of clinical systems would be desirable but good administrative and organisational skills are key whilst system training can and will be provided. visits and information calls welcomed.

The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Team and support the prescribing process and delivery of prescriptions to local pharmacies. The post holder will also be required to review excel data sheets and manipulate to identify current script need, manage clinical diaries to coordinate appointments with recovery workers and clinical prescribers be first line contact for pharmacy colleagues and secure dispensing positions for service users.
