**Property Photographer Exeter**

**Salary**: £21,000.00 basic with OTE of £26000 when fully trained

**Who are we?**

NicheCom have been providing photography and marketing material to leading estate agents across the UK for 30 years and currently employ over 120 professional photographers.

We are looking to recruit a professional photographer to join our growing team in the Exeter and surrounding areas, providing industry leading marketing material to estate agents.

**Who are you ?**

A skilled photographer educated to degree level or with professional experience. You are enthusiastic, confident, self motivated and a team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ideally experienced with drone flying, video capture and with a desire and passion to capture top quality photography of properties across the local area.

You have excellent local knowledge, a professional and friendly work ethic and looking for full time permanent employment.

**Essential Skills**
- DSLR/Mirrorless photography experience
- Full, clean driving licence for minimum of 2 years
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Have a proven track record of excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Be self-motivated, flexible and have a can-do attitude

**Desirable skills**
- Ideally you will come from a Property Photography background
- Ideally have some experience in Drone Photography/Videography
- Videography Experience
- Knowledge of Floor-planning and EPCs
- Enjoy working independently

**What is the Role?**

We offer an outstanding starting salary package, which includes a basic salary and a performance related bonus structure with plenty of opportunity for growth. The role also comes with a company car, mobile phone and full photographic equipment.
